Nice place in Philippines

We went there just for a meeting at the hotel's Puso Bistro. The place is very nice, relaxing and very clean (including the restrooms). We made a reservation for their private room but somehow our reservation got lost. Although the staff was very kind and accommodating to check from the front desk and other offices of the hotel, we managed just to get a new reservation. Just then, about nearly an hour, they found and discovered our reservation was written somewhere else. The food was very nice, and they also recommended some snack packages in the afternoon. But I must say that if youre not used to the drinking water in the city, better order a bottled water since the service water seemed unbearable to taste. The private room, which is the rental is consumable, provides provisions in case you'll bring a projector, and plenty of power outlets to plug into. They also have a free wifi but the data connection isn't that fast. Overall, the place is above average exept for our missing reservation.
